What type of homes do you list?
We only list mobile/manufactured homes that are located in leased land communities. We do not sell homes that are in co-op communities or on personal land.
How long are your listing agreements?
Our listing terms are tailored to your needs and are flexible. We do require at least an initial 90-day duration.
How much do you charge me to sell my home?
Our fees are extremely competitive. We offer 3 different types of listing agreements to fit your personal sales goal needs. Terms of those agreements are confidential and explained on the first meeting.
Of course! We handle everything, including working with your current lien holder.
Do you list homes that have current mortgages in place?
How long until my home is on the market?
We work extremely fast listing your home and a lot of times, can have it listed the same day. We do ask that you give us 72 hours at most, to get the home listed and marketed.
